I canceled my service with starlink, so you have to return the item with a return label they send you within 30 days or get charged $200. They acknowledged my cancelation, but sent no label.
I emailed multiple times, looked up phone #'s for them and called.
No response. Just passed got a response for me within hours.

I've read all about ELON MUSK since his stay in Canada and I´d like to get engaged in everything he does.
Concerning SpaceX it's all right but the Chinese.
Horrible. Can’t even speak to a real person. Was sent in a loop over and over again with all the robot questions and couldn’t get my issue resolved.
They suck can't get a call back can't get the mount thay comes with a new system
They don't help people who are experiencing pending withdrawals like me
I have been trying for 3 days to order Starlink and They keep rejecting my credit card. I've been in touch with my bank and there is no problem on their end. Customer service has not responded in any way. I am beyond frustrated!
